We were thrilled to welcome the fantastic entertainer Reuben Evans from www.entertainer.ie to our school today! From the moment he arrived, there was a real buzz of excitement and he certainly didn’t disappoint.
Reuben had everyone laughing, amazed and fully engaged with his incredible mix of comedy and audience participation. His energy and talent shone through as he captivated pupils and staff alike, creating a fun and memorable experience for all.
The children were especially delighted to be part of the show, eagerly volunteering and reacting with gasps of surprise and bursts of laughter throughout. It was wonderful to see such joy and enthusiasm across all classes.
What made the visit even more special was the very important message woven throughout the show. Reuben delivered a wonderful and engaging lesson on internet safety and how algorithms work, helping the children to better understand the online world they are part of every day. He explained complex ideas in a fun, clear and age-appropriate way, encouraging pupils to think carefully about what they see and do online.
A huge thank you to Reuben for bringing such fun, learning and entertainment to our school – it was a truly magical and meaningful day that will be talked about for a long time!
